Our story

From the field to your hearth

Hearthfield began with a simple idea: the coffee ritual should fit your day — not the other way around. Some mornings call for a full cup; some afternoons call for half; some evenings call for none at all.

We partner with an experienced US roaster to bring you a small, carefully chosen lineup of half caf, decaf and regular coffees, roasted for home brewing and shipped straight to your door.

Questions

Good to know

What is half caf coffee?

Our Half Caf is a medium-roast blend of regular coffee and water-process decaf. You get the same familiar flavor and ritual with less caffeine than a full-caffeine cup.

How is your decaf made?

Check each coffee’s product page for its decaffeination process and origin. Decaf still contains a small amount of caffeine.

Which grind should I choose?

Standard for drip and pour-over, Coarse for French press and cold brew, Espresso for espresso machines and moka pots, or Whole Bean if you grind at home for the freshest cup.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We currently ship within the United States, and shipping is included in the price of every bag.
